When drilling holes for the top brace, be sure to put something (like a 2x4) underneath where you are drilling. the drill shoots through the hole pretty good and will easily puncture the distributor cap.

When drilling holes for the top brace, cheat a little bit towards the interior of the car. As you drill at an angle, it has a tendency to slide towards the front of the car and closer to the edge of the lip. When the holes are too far forward, then the side brackets hang over the edge of the strut area.
