|
After he discovers that one of the biggest banks in the world helds illegal activities, the Interpol Agent, Louis Salinger (Clive Owen), begins an investigation to find out all irregularities. Together with the district prosecutor, Eleanor Whitman (Naomi Watts), who has offered to help him in the investigation, he finds out that the illegal activities undertaken by the bank include money laundering, arms trade and destabilization of governments. Determined to put an end to this illegal activities, they conduct the investigation from Berlin to Milan and from New York to Istanbul. Being in a pursuit with a very high stake around the globe, they will learn soon that their determination to lead the investigation to the very end could put their lives in danger. |
