Bounty hunter Jonah Hex (Josh Brolin) is pulled into unwilling service for the government not long after a man by the name of Quentin Turnbull (John Malkovich) killed his family and left Jonah permanently disfigured. The job? To hunt down Turnbull and stop him before he does something terrible on American soil. In return, Jonah's record will be wiped, and his freedom will be assured. Turnbull, however, with the help of his assistant Burke (Michael Fassbender), won't be easy to catch. Jonah goes at it alone, other than the regular comfort of his time spent with prostitute Lilah (Megan Fox) to help him keep his head on straight.
