Slammin' Cleon Salmon (Michael Clarke Duncan), a retired Heavyweight Champion, is now the owner of a swanky restaurant in Miami. He owes $20,000 to the head of the Japanese Yakuza, and finds out that he needs to pay off this gambling debt by the end of the night. In order to raise the money, he challenges his wait staff to sell as much as they can, with the highest earning waiter earning $10,000, and the loser earning a heavy beat down at the hand of the winner. Waiters Mia (April Bowlby), Guy (Erik Stolhanske), Nuts (Jay Chandrasekhar), and Tara (Cobie Smulders) are among the waiters competing for the prize, but only one will win. Will the ploy to make money work, or will Slammin' Salmon find himself at the end of the night, without the money to pay his gambling debt?
